🍃 Before the walk, reflect on: a recent moment when you showed yourself kindness instead of criticism. What happened, and how did it feel?

 

🍃 During the walk, How do you usually speak to yourself when things go well? When things are challenging? What might a more compassionate voice sound like?

 

🍃 After the walk, taking inspiration from your positive affirmation card, write down an encouraging sentence to yourself that can help quieten that negative voice.
