July Evening Walk

Building the Skill of Real Connection: we’ll walk together and explore what real connection means to us in practice. At the halfway point, we can choose from a set of prompt questions designed to help us notice the features of connection that matter most to us, when we connect at our best, what helps us ease into new groups, and how we build genuine connection in everyday interactions. 

This is real-time practice, not just reflection. The walk is designed to help us connect more intentionally so our communication has greater impact in how we think, relate, and show up in our work and relationships.
