May Morning Walk

May's intermonsoon season brings three distinct features: high heat, light winds, and sudden short thunderstorms. In this walking session, each one becomes a lens for exploring how we communicate with ourselves and with others.

1. High Heat: for when there's a conversation long overdue

2. Light Winds: for when something is stirring quietly, an unasked question you haven't yet voiced

3. Sudden Thunderstorms for when you're in the middle of an unexpected shift or a change in atmosphere

Once you've chosen your feature, you'll be given a set of conversation prompts to reflect on and share with your walking partner.
