Looking Back to Step Forward: we’ll walk together to reflect on the year we’ve had, what’s shifted, what’s stayed with us, and what we’re ready to carry forward. As we walk, we’ll explore key moments, decisions, and experiences that have shaped our thinking and communication over the past year. 

Through guided prompts, we’ll create space to notice progress that might otherwise go unseen, understand what has influenced our growth, and gently identify what we want to release or build on next. This is a grounding space to make sense of our journey before stepping into what comes next.
