September Morning Walk

Building Compassion: we’ll walk together and explore what compassion means in our everyday life for ourselves and others. At the halfway point, we’ll choose from a set of prompt questions designed to help us notice what feels emotionally demanding right now, how we tend to respond under pressure, and what support actually helps us through challenging moments.

This is real-time practice, not just reflection. The walk is designed to help us connect more intentionally so our communication has greater impact in how we think, relate, and show up in our work and relationships.
